We will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of your out of network benefits.
However since each individual plan is different, we encourage our patients to check with their insurance provider before beginning treatment in order to be aware of any restrictions or requirements to filing for reimbursement, as well as what charges are available for reimbursement.
Charges are due and payable in advance of the visit and we do offer convenient packages. We accept cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards or checks.
No, you do not need a doctor's referral to begin physical therapy. We are a direct access provider which means you can access physical therapy immediately without waiting to see the doctor.
PA law requires a physician prescription after the first 30 days. We can assist you in finding the right doctor to see if needed.
Before your first physical therapy appointment, we ask that you complete an initial intake form and will discuss considerations for physical therapy treatment at your home or office, including pricing and other pertinent paperwork.
On the day of your appointment, your licensed Physical Therapist will arrive at your home, office or fitness facility and deliver a thorough physical therapy evaluation and examination followed by an assessment and diagnosis. An individualized plan of care will be developed that is personalized to your needs.
